Residential Care Practitioner
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,072 to £29,313 per year

Join our team as a Residential Care Practitioner and make a difference!
Experience of working with children/young people in a residential care setting is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
As a Residential Care Practitioner, you will work directly with our young people to provide care, support and ensure each young person is able to thrive. Although the role can be challenging at times, the position is hugely rewarding.

Purpose & Objectives:
· To be responsible for creating an environment and atmosphere within which the needs of young persons can be met.
· To provide a positive living experience for all young persons and provide appropriate care and support as identified in the young person’s placement plan.
· To provide support in respect of preparation towards independence for young people.
· To provide support and guidance to children, young people and those engaged with them, by removing barriers to learning in order to promote effective participation, enhance individual learning, raise aspirations and achieve their potential.
Hours:
Flexible shift pattern
Rotational sleep-in duties paid at National Minimum Wage per hour.

Residential Senior Lead

Salary: £29,323 – £30,227 a year
Are you an experienced Residential Care Practitioner looking for a new and fulfilling role?
Purpose & Objectives:
As a Senior Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Care Practitioners on a house block, to create an environment and atmosphere within which the needs of young persons can be met. You will also support and direct the staff team to ensure operational expectations are reached and current legislation is followed and positive outcomes are achieved within working practice through open lines of communication.
